SYNOPSIS: Fame and celebrity are a fickle thing. Not many locals know that one of Australia’s most famous writers of the early 20th Century often visited Tamborine Mountain and finally built a home in Coleman Square, which still stands. The life of M Forrest as she was known professionally - M for Mabel- will come under the theatrical spotlight in a new play written by local Janis Bailey and produced by TMLT. Janis wrote Hearts Ablaze, the play about Judith Wright,performed to great acclaim in 2015.
